DTF hot melt adhesive powder, also known as TPU powder, is a specialized heat transfer adhesive designed for direct-to-film printing technology. Unlike normal release PET film, it is specifically formulated for high-efficiency digital printing. The application process is simple: after printing the ink, apply the powder manually or via a dispenser machine. Then, bake the film in an oven for 5-8 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius until it is fully melted and dry. The final transfer is easily completed using a heat press machine, making it a highly popular choice for customers seeking higher production efficiency.
